Just last month we had informed you that Ajay Devgn would soon be teaming up with Omkara director Vishal Bhardwaj for a project. Though the reports were confirmed, the question of who would play the lead actress still remained a mystery.
If what we hear now is anything to go by, then the film which is being produced by Vishal, Ajay and Kumar Mangat jointly is all set to feature Anushka Sharma as the leading lady.
Vishal was mighty impressed with Anushka's performance in films such as Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Band Baaja Baaraat and decided on casting the talented actress. The film, which is scheduled to hit the floors some time next year in mid Jan, will feature Anushka as Ajay's love interest. Interestingly this is the first time the duo would be sharing screen space together.
