Malaika Arora Khan and Amrita Arora Ladak hogged the limelight here, as they showed off their sexy backs on the ramp and off it. While the two stayed loyal to backless-in-black, Mandira Wirk added a dash of colour in her own backless outfit. Dia Mirza, who’d rushed to the venue post a shooting schedule, drew in many compliments for her desi gal look. The fashion show also saw Mugdha Godse take to the stage. Off it, the stars were low in attendance. Nikhil Dwivedi came in with his wife, as did Madhur Bhandarkar, who was seen fielding questions about his film here too, while wife Renu looked on.
The afterparty was a thanda affair with hardly any biggies turning up for it. The usual models apart there was the coterie of designers including Wendell Rodericks, Vikram Phadnis and Mandira. Mashoom Singha came in with cricketer boyfriend Shaun Tait in tow. Rajesh Khattar with Vandana Sajnani and Gaurav Chopra with Mouni Roy were the other couples present. Mansi Scott was seen enjoying the do in the company of Kavita Kharayat. Alex O Neil too dropped by for a while.
