Just recently, Bollywood was abuzz with Amisha Patel claiming that she had bought an apartment right next to the Bachchan’s bungalow. However, now we hear that contrary to what was being claimed, Amisha Patel had only rented the 4000 square feet residential properties.
The owners of the apartment, the Valias, in Harsh Jyot Apartments in Juhu have since told the actress not to move into the premises. Apparently, the Valias were surprised when they heard Amisha’s claims on the property.
The whole farce came to light when the Valias were contacted by previous lawyers inquiring behind the reason for them selling the apartment to Amisha Patel. While on the other hand, it’s learnt Amisha Patel had paid Rs. 5 lakh to the Valias as a token amount, following which she was allowed to make the desired renovation.
