Mumbai: Actress Esha Gupta says that `Raaz 3` is a strong film in terms of content and cast, so she had to put her best foot forward to ensure that she doesn`t become a sore point in the film.
"The best things about `Raaz 1` and `Raaz 2` have culminated in this film. Vikram (Bhatt) and Vishesh Films are collaborating after a long time, Mahesh jee (Bhatt) is personally involved with the film, Bipasha Basu has come back into the camp, Emraan Hashmi is a great actor. Then you know the songs will be good. But the only thing that I felt that can fall in this film is Esha Gupta," the 26-year-old said in an interview.
"So I knew that if I have to do it then I have to give my 100-200 per cent because I did not want the audience to say that Esha did not do well. So, for me, I had to put in a lot of energy," she added. Directed by Vikram Bhatt, `Raaz 3` is Esha`s second film after `Jannat 2` and is slated for a Sep 7 release.
